Patient Care Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Patient Care Coordinator to join our team at UC Medical Clinic - Mill Woods. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support.
Key Responsibilities:- Take patients' vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
- Weigh, lift, turn, and position patients safely and efficiently.
- Deliver messages, reports, requisitions, and specimens between departments.
- Maintain a clean and organized patient environment, including making beds and restocking supplies.
- Transport patients between care facilities as needed.
- Respond to call signals to determine patients' needs and provide timely assistance.
Our fast-paced environment requires a high level of energy and attention to detail. As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will work in a team-oriented setting, collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care.
Requirements:- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to changing patient needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
