Job Summary:

CancerCare Manitoba is seeking a highly skilled Radiation Oncologist to join our team. As a Radiation Oncologist, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating patients with malignant diseases using ionizing radiation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and treat patients with malignant diseases using ionizing radiation
  • Order necessary laboratory tests, X-rays, and other diagnostic procedures
  • Develop and implement treatment plans for cancer patients
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care

About the Department:

The Department of Radiation Oncology at CancerCare Manitoba is a state-of-the-art clinical outpatient and cancer research facility. We have a team of experienced professionals who are dedicated to providing excellent care to our patients.

Requirements:

  • MD or equivalent degree
  • Completion of a Radiation Oncology residency program
  • Eligibility for registration with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Manitoba
  • Experience in Radiation Oncology is an asset
