We are seeking a Mental Health and Addictions Clinician to join our team in Huron, Perth, Bruce, and Wellington counties.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively with other interdisciplinary service providers to provide mental health and addictions support to individuals and families in the community. Key responsibilities include conducting in-home client visits, providing client support through Tele-Support access line, and collaborating with law enforcement and/or Paramedic Services.
Requirements include considerable clinical experience, preferably involving assessment of and exposure to acute as well as chronic and persistent mental illness, treatment and/or case management of clients with mental illness, and work with clients of varied ages and levels of intellect. The successful candidate must be registered and in good standing with the Ontario College of Nurses and have a valid Driver's license in good standing.
