We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Operations Manager to join our team at Save-On-Foods. As a valued member of our pharmacy team, you will play a key role in delivering quality patient-centered care and contributing to the success of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Pharmacy Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy dispensary, including receiving, preparation, packaging, dispensing, distribution, and storage of drugs and pharmaceuticals.
- Clinical Responsibilities: Provide clinical services, including drug use evaluation, medication reviews, adaptations, injection administration, prescription and non-prescription counseling, and recommendations.
- Compound Prescribed Products: Calculate, measure, and mix the quantities of drugs and other ingredients required, and fill appropriate containers with the correct quantity.
- Collaboration and Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals and community partners to achieve shared goals and objectives.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and stocking of pharmaceuticals and supplies.
- Team Member Scheduling and Training: Schedule and train team members to ensure adequate staffing and skill levels.
- Business Development: Identify business strengths and patient needs, and develop and implement business growth strategies and plans.
- Policy Enforcement: Enforce policies and best practice protocols relating to pharmacy practice and drug distribution.
- Pharmacist License: Hold a current pharmacist license in good standing with the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia or equivalent regulatory body.
- Injection Certification: Possess current injection certification.

- Competitive Compensation: Competitive salary range of $58.00 - $61.00 per hour, based on location, education, skills, experience, and other factors.
