Pharmacy Operations Manager

At Save-On-Foods, we're committed to delivering exceptional customer service and providing a positive experience for our customers. As an Assistant Pharmacy Manager, you'll play a key role in achieving this goal.
As a member of our pharmacy team, you'll be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the dispensary, including receiving, preparation, packaging, dispensing, distribution, and storage of drugs and pharmaceuticals. You'll also be responsible for clinical responsibilities, including drug use evaluation, medication reviews, adaptations, injection administration, prescription and non-prescription counseling, and recommendations.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing the pharmacy team and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals and community partners to provide high-quality patient care
- Developing and implementing business growth strategies and plans to drive sales and revenue growth
- Ensuring that all pharmacy operations are in compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Providing excellent customer service and ensuring that all customers receive a positive experience
