Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Shift Manager to join our team at AL-MUQEET FOODS INC. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service team, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they meet our high standards of quality and service.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure they are meeting their full potential.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, and ensure that our food and service meet quality control standards.
- Reporting and Budgeting: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key metrics, and prepare budget and cost estimates for meal preparation.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment, with a strong focus on customer service and team leadership.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
- Work Schedule: 37.5 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
