Shift Manager

AL-MUQEET FOODS INC. is seeking a skilled Shift Manager to join our team. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the needs of our customers and staff.
- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and direct the activities of our food preparation staff, ensuring that they are working safely and efficiently.
- Train Staff: Provide on-the-job training to new staff members, teaching them the skills and procedures necessary to perform their duties.
- Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Plan and order the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the right products on hand to meet customer demand.
- Quality Control: Monitor and maintain the quality of our food and service, ensuring that it meets our high standards.
- Budgeting and Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators, helping us to make informed business decisions.
Requirements:
- College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
Work Environment:
- 37.5 hours per week
- Permanent position
- English language required
