Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Transformation Cyber Security Expert with experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) to join our team. This individual will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to transition services in-house for a large-scale cybersecurity transformation program.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with IT, cybersecurity teams, and third-party vendors to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Develop operational processes and documentation for IAM workflows and solutions.
  • Identify gaps and inefficiencies in existing IAM processes and document improvements.
  • Provide training and documentation to end-users on new IAM processes and workflows.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 7+ years' experience as a Business Analyst with process experience.
  • Hands-on experience supporting IAM Cyber Security projects, preferably with IGA and/or PAM experience.
  • Experience working on IAM environments, including identity lifecycle management, access provisioning, and role-based access controls (RBAC).
  • Operational process/procedural documentation development.
  • Experience working with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and other third-party vendors.
