Safety and Security Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Safety and Security Operations Manager to join our team at Logixx Security Inc.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of our security systems, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and staff. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed to ensure the optimal performance of our security equipment and systems.
- Assist clients with special needs and provide exceptional customer service to maintain their satisfaction.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for emergency situations, responding promptly and effectively to ensure minimal disruption to our operations.
- Coordinate activities with other departments to ensure seamless integration and maximize efficiency.
- Maintain quality and production levels by monitoring and addressing any issues in real-time.
- Oversee the cleaning of specialized items and equipment, ensuring they remain in good working condition.
- Prepare and submit regular progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
- Requisition materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support the ongoing operation of our security systems.
- Resolve work-related problems, providing technical advice and recommendations to enhance productivity and product quality.
- Supervise the operation of mechanical equipment and machinery, ensuring they are used safely and efficiently.
- Direct, coordinate, and schedule the activities of our security team members, reviewing their performance and providing feedback for growth.
- Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to ensure compliance and adherence to standards.
- Clean industrial or household articles as required, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Establish work schedules and procedures to optimize the use of resources and minimize downtime.
We offer a competitive salary of approximately $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
