Food Service Manager

Mr. Mass Food Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and dining areas.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Inventory Management: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Administrative Tasks: Prepare budget and cost estimates, prepare food order summaries for the chef, and supervise and check delivery of food trolleys.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
- Or equivalent experience
Our kitchen and dining areas are fast-paced and dynamic environments. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be required to work in a team-oriented environment and be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
