Food Service Manager

Mr. Mass Food Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and dining areas.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy kitchen and dining areas.
- Requisition Food and Supplies: Order and manage the inventory of food and kitchen supplies to ensure we have the necessary resources to deliver exceptional service.
- Supervise Kitchen Staff: Lead and train our kitchen staff to ensure they are equipped to prepare and serve high-quality meals.
- Train Staff in Sanitation and Safety Procedures: Educate our staff on proper sanitation and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Estimate Ingredient and Supplies: Accurately estimate the ingredients and supplies needed for meal preparation to minimize waste and optimize resources.
- Ensure Quality Control: Monitor and maintain the quality of our food and service to meet the high standards of our customers.
- Prepare Budget and Cost Estimates: Develop and manage budgets and cost estimates to ensure the efficient operation of our kitchen and dining areas.
- Address Customer Complaints: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints and concerns to maintain a positive dining experience.
- Maintain Records: Accurately maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform our inventory management and budgeting decisions.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
