Job Title: Program Assistant II

Canadian Hearing Services (CHS) is seeking a highly skilled and organized Program Assistant II to join our team in Ottawa. As a key member of our team, you will provide reception, administrative, and program support across all CHS programs and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the region by providing reception and administrative support
  • Provide program support across all CHS programs and services
  • Work collaboratively with the Supervisor, Hearing Healthcare Client Experience, to achieve team goals
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary diploma in Office Administration, including basic accounting skills
  • 2-3 years' related experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Able to handle a pressurized environment and manage a varied workload with competing priorities and deadlines
