Project Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Director to lead our Digital Health initiatives in Toronto. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing large and complex projects, working closely with stakeholders, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Manage project resources, including team members and vendors
- Coordinate project activities, ensuring timely completion and quality delivery
- Communicate project expectations and progress to stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed
- Support the leadership team in conducting stakeholder meetings and forums
- Champion a co-design approach to ensure client and stakeholder feedback is incorporated into project plans
- 7+ years of project management experience in healthcare
- Undergraduate degree in Information Technology, Computer Sciences, Engineering, Health Care/Informatics, or Business Administration
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an asset
- Knowledge of Project Management methodologies and the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK)
- Conversant in various tools for project management, project planning, and time tracking
