Business Development Specialist M&A

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team in Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our corporate development team, you will play a critical role in identifying and evaluating new business opportunities, developing strategic plans, and executing mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough due diligence on target companies, evaluating their financials, operations, and market position.
- Develop and execute business plans, including financial modeling, market research, and competitive analysis.
- Negotiate and structure M&A transactions, including drafting and reviewing agreements, and managing stakeholder relationships.
- Manage the overall project lifecycle, including project planning, execution, and closure.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including finance, legal, and operations teams, to ensure seamless transaction execution.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Business, or Finance from a recognized international program.
- 10-15 years of experience in business development, with a strong background in M&A transaction execution.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is advantageous.
