Job Description

Job Title: Restaurant Operations Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of diverse members to deliver exceptional service for every guest, every time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage labor costs through effective scheduling and floor management
  • Control food and paper costs
  • Ensure that product launches and promotions are executed with perfection
  • Resolve guest issues, as well as work with the team to minimize issues
  • Recruitment and retention, and training new staff
  • Team member and supervisor performance reviews
  • Weekly and monthly inventories of the restaurant

Requirements:

  • Able to work day shift, including weekends, and be available for on-call duties
  • Must be tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft, email, spreadsheets, and in-house software
  • 3-5 years of restaurant management experience
  • Good knowledge of labor legislation
  • Must have a valid driver's license and car
  • Must have excellent organizational skills
