About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at THE SNOWFLAKE DESIGN COMPANY LTD. As an Office Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing exceptional support to our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative assistance to our management team, including preparing reports, presentations, and other materials.
    • Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and databases.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events.
  • Office Operations
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.
    • Ensure the office is well-maintained and organized.
    • Develop and implement procedures to improve office efficiency and productivity.
  • Communication and Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to our employees, clients, and stakeholders.
    • Communicate effectively with team members, management, and external parties.
    • Respond to inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Special Projects
    • Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed.
    • Contribute to the development and implementation of new processes and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.

  • Language
    • English language proficiency.
  • Additional Skills
    • Experience with office management software and systems.
    • Knowledge of budgeting and financial management principles.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
