Transformative Opportunity in Digital Experience

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Experience Strategist to join our team at EF Education First Gruppe. In this pivotal role, you will drive the daily operations and optimization of our public-facing websites, implementing dynamic and engaging content to support our digital channel content strategies.

This full-time position offers an immediate start and is based in Toronto, ON. With a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, we offer a comprehensive compensation package that includes benefits, professional growth opportunities, and a chance to travel with customers for free at least once a year.

About the Role
  • Develop and maintain website strategy, taking charge of maintenance, reporting, and optimization.
  • Create landing pages and permanent content pages using Storyblok headless CMS.
  • Utilize CMS to develop new components and test them on the website.
  • Add, update, and edit web content per business needs.
  • Optimize the website to increase conversion, time spent, and engagement metrics.
  • Bring a strategic mindset to drive website performance based on best practices.

You will work closely with the Growth Marketing Manager and collaborate internally across departments to help shape web experiences that inspire and influence our target audience.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and the role website optimization plays within both organic and paid marketing.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment, owning multiple projects at once.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, GA4, data layer variables, journey attribution, technical SEO management, and best practices.
  • Experience with headless CMS management, component creation, JQuery, REST APIs, React endpoints, and architecture.

Additional desirable skills include familiarity with responsive design, UX/UI principles, WCAG 2.0, ad platform integration, pixel troubleshooting, Google Tag Manager usage, personalization, Conversion Rate Optimization, form testing, A/B and iterative testing models, and Salesforce Sales Cloud.
