Responsibilities
  • Nurture client relationships to secure repeat business.
  • Develop consultative selling skills to assist customers in selecting a vehicle that meets their needs.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, including optional packages and the latest technologies.
  • Demonstrate new/used vehicles in a professional and engaging manner.
  • Follow up with buyers to ensure successful referral business.
  • Leverage objection handling skills to thrive in sales situations.
  • Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
Requirements
  • Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
  • A self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit.
  • Willingness to learn new product offerings quickly.
  • Exceptional communication skills with customers and team members.
  • Professional personal appearance.
  • Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
