We are seeking a driven salesperson to join our team. As an ideal candidate, you should be a collaborative and customer-focused professional who can create the best experience for our customers. A valid driver's license and at least one year of retail sales or automotive experience are required.

Key Qualifications:

* Previous retail sales or customer service experience
* Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
* Outgoing and friendly, especially while handling objections
* Quality customer service skills and sales track record
* Strong interpersonal and communications skills, in-person and over the phone
* Consistent ability to focus on the customer's needs to enhance dealership and personal sales
* Eagerness to learn dealership best practices and advance customer service skills

Compensation Details:

* Salary and Commission

* Annual Earning Range: $50,000 - $100,000+
