Your Duties:

  • Understand and assess customer needs, offering personalized assistance.
  • Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial contact to vehicle delivery.
  • Conduct test drives and negotiate terms for a seamless closing process.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.
  • Educate customers on financing options, warranties, and additional products.
  • Complete accurate and timely paperwork, collaborating with the finance department.
  • Utilize various channels, including social media (videos), to generate leads.
  • Conduct daily inventory walk arounds
  • Prioritize customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and resolving issues.
  • Collaborate with colleagues for a cohesive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in automotive sales is preferred but not required
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Basic understanding of automotive financing options
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Valid OMVIC Automotive License

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00-$156,000.00 per year
