Job Title: Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Q Victoria Pizza INC.

Job Summary:

The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently. This includes managing staff, controlling costs, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to ensure profitability
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Develop and implement marketing plans to increase customer engagement and loyalty
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and goals
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role
  • Proven track record of success in managing staff, controlling costs, and improving customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
