This full-time position offers an estimated salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will work 33-35 hours per week in a fast-paced retail environment with a strong focus on teamwork and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assign sales floor duties and supervise employees to ensure efficient store operations.
  • Hire, train, or arrange training for new staff members to meet business needs.
  • Autorize returns and exchanges while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Sell merchandise and prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
  • Address customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and organize stockrooms effectively.
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of sales staff to achieve team goals.

Requirements

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate required.
  • Minimum 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in retail management or a related field.

Working Conditions

  • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the shift.
