Job Summary: As a Store Operations Leader, you will work closely with the District Manager and store team to ensure compliance with customer service standards, operating policies, and provincial and federal legislation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compliance and Quality: Ensure that all store operations meet company standards, including customer service, visual merchandising, and operational requirements.
  • Team Management: Lead and develop your store team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Problem Solving: Work with the store staff to resolve issues proactively and effectively communicate with the District Manager as needed.
  • Accountability: Hold team members accountable for their performance and ensure they understand company policies and procedures.
  • Customer Focus: Develop strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Business Acumen: Analyze operational reports, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to increase profitability and revenue growth.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with the store team, District Manager, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Leadership Experience: 3-5 years of retail management experience, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.
  • Operational Expertise: Strong knowledge of retail operations, including customer service, inventory management, and loss prevention.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Business Acumen: Ability to analyze financial reports, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to drive business growth.

Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
