This is a full-time position with an estimated salary of $40,000 - $55,000 per year, based on the national average for this role in Canada.

About the Role

The Diverse Operations Coordinator will play a key role in supporting our daily operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events;
  • Establishing and implementing policies and procedures;
  • Recording and preparing minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences;
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments;
  • Answering telephone calls and relaying messages;
  • Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory;
  • Greeting people and directing them to contacts or service areas;
  • Typing and proofreading correspondence, forms, and other documents;
  • Performing data entry;
  • Providing customer service.
