We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Gas Station Supervisor to join our team at Yami Yummy Inc.

Job Summary:

The Gas Station Supervisor will be responsible for supervising staff, hiring and training new employees, ordering merchandise, establishing work schedules, and resolving customer complaints and supply shortages.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise staff and ensure efficient operation of the gas station
  • Hire and train new employees to meet the needs of the business
  • Order merchandise and manage inventory levels
  • Establish work schedules and ensure adequate staffing
  • Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a retail or gas station environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
