Gas Station Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Gas Station Supervisor to join our team at Yami Yummy Inc.
Job Summary:The Gas Station Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our gas station, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes supervising staff, managing inventory, and resolving customer complaints.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise Staff: Lead and manage a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they are meeting their job requirements.
- Inventory Management: Order merchandise, maintain inventory levels, and organize stock to ensure that the gas station is well-stocked and customer needs are met.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that customers receive excellent service.
- Work Environment: Ensure that the gas station is clean, safe, and well-maintained, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Computer and Technology: Utilize MS Outlook and other software to manage tasks, communicate with staff, and maintain records.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a retail or customer service environment.
- Language: English.
