Job Summary:

The Gas Station Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our gas station, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes supervising staff, managing inventory, and resolving customer complaints.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise Staff: Lead and manage a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their job requirements.
  • Inventory Management: Order merchandise, maintain inventory levels, and organize stock to ensure efficient operations.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints, provide excellent customer service, and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Work Schedules: Establish and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing and efficient operations.
  • Merchandise Sales: Sell merchandise and promote products to customers.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Outlook and other relevant software.
  • Area of Specialization: Retail store management.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work under pressure, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, organized, reliable, team player, dependable, and initiative.
