About Yami Yummy Inc.

We are a leading retail company seeking a highly skilled and experienced Gas Station Supervisor to join our team. As a Gas Station Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store and gas station, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Manage Staff: Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Inventory Management: Order and manage inventory, including merchandise and fuel, to ensure that our store is always stocked and ready for customers.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Store Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and security.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities for employees to improve their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail or gas station management role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail.
Work Environment:
  • Work Site Environment: Non-smoking and air-conditioned.
  • Work Setting: Retail service establishment.
