The Carleton University Student Leadership Initiative (CUSLI) is a vital component of the university's commitment to fostering student leadership and development. As a CUSLI Program Coordinator, you will play a key role in assisting with the development and coordination of this initiative.

About the Role

This full-time 6-month term position is financed through donor funds and offers a competitive salary range of $63,367 - $82,376 per year. The starting salary will be between the minimum and mid-point of this range, based on qualifications and other compensation factors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and coordination of the CUSLI program
  • Work collaboratively with various stakeholders to design and deliver leadership training programs
  • Support students in developing skills to lead multidisciplinary teams and foster leadership skills that can support societal change
Requirements
  • Previous experience developing and coordinating student programs and activities
  • Understanding of student transition and the importance of student engagement and leadership
  • Experience with data analysis and financial planning
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
