About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Second Cook to join our team at Nubo Kitchen + Bar. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for assisting our chefs in the preparation and cooking of complete meals and individual dishes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning menus and estimating food requirements for their realization
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness and organization
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Dental plan and health care plan provided
  • Permanent position with 40 hours per week
  • Language of work: English
