About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at 10001706 MANITOBA INC. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation

Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our customers.

Chef Supervision

Supervise and train a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to prepare and present high-quality dishes.

Inventory Management

Manage kitchen inventory and supplies to ensure we have the necessary ingredients and equipment to meet customer demand.

Food Safety and Quality

Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Customer Service

Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring that all dishes are prepared to order and presented in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role

Language

Fluent in English

Work Environment

40 hours per week, permanent position
