About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at 10001706 MANITOBA INC. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation: Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our customers.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train kitchen staff, including cooks, sous chefs, and kitchen assistants, to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Food Safety and Quality Control: Implement and maintain strict food safety and quality control procedures to ensure that all food served meets the highest standards.
  • Inventory Management: Order and manage inventory of ingredients, supplies, and equipment to ensure that the kitchen is well-stocked and efficient.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring that all food is prepared to order and presented in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position that requires the ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment and will be expected to maintain a high level of energy and productivity throughout their shift.
