Job Title: Long Haul Truck Driver

RAANYA LOGISTICS LTD is seeking a skilled Long Haul Truck Driver to join our team. As a Long Haul Truck Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods and materials across various locations, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transportation: Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials, adhering to safety regulations and company policies.
  • Logistics: Plan and coordinate routes, ensuring efficient delivery and minimizing delays.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns, providing excellent communication and resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintenance: Perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections, ensuring the vehicle is in good condition and making necessary repairs.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Air Brakes Endorsement, Driver's License (Class 1 or A).
  • Communication Systems: Operate GPS and other navigation equipment.
  • Transportation/Travel Experience: International, Local, Long-haul, National, Provincial/Territorial, Regional.
  • Security and Safety: Valid passport, Basic security clearance, Driver's validity licence check, Driving record check (abstract), Drug test.

As a Long Haul Truck Driver, you will be working in a fast-paced environment, often traveling long distances and working irregular hours. You must be able to adapt to changing situations and prioritize tasks effectively.
