Job Title: Long Haul Truck Driver

At ROAD HAWK TRUCKING LTD., we are seeking a skilled and experienced Long Haul Truck Driver to join our team. As a Long Haul Truck Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods and materials across various locations, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transportation: Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials, adhering to safety regulations and company policies.
  • Logistics: Plan and coordinate routes, ensuring efficient delivery and minimizing delays.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, providing excellent communication and resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintenance: Perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections, ensuring the vehicle is in good condition and making necessary repairs.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience as a truck driver, preferably in long-haul operations.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Valid Driver's License (Class 1 or A) and Air Brakes Endorsement.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and a valid passport.
