Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Barburrito. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service operations.
Key Responsibilities- Operations Management
- Establish and implement efficient methods to meet work schedules and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain high-quality standards.
- Staff Supervision
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Hire and manage food service staff to ensure the right skills and experience are in place.
- Customer Service
- Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Workplace Management
- Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Establish work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and maintain a high level of service quality.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor who can lead our team and drive results. You will have a proven track record of success in a similar role and possess excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Requirements- 3-4 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards.
- Client-focused and flexible with a strong team player mentality.
- Dependable and able to work independently.
