Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management
    • Establish and implement efficient methods to meet work schedules and ensure seamless service delivery.
    • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Staff Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
    • Hire and manage food service staff to ensure the right skills and experience are in place.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Workplace Management
    • Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
    • Establish work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and maintain a high level of service quality.
