We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Noodlebox. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service team, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are met.

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient food preparation and service
- Customer Service
- Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Inventory and Record-Keeping
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Reporting and Communication
- Prepare and submit reports on food service operations and sales
- Education and Experience
- No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but relevant experience is essential

- Excellent oral communication skills
- Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
