Sales General Manager Role at Ontario Corporation

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales General Manager to join our team at Ontario Corporation. This is a challenging opportunity for a seasoned executive who can lead our sales efforts, drive revenue growth, and contribute to the company's overall success.

As a Sales General Manager, you will be responsible for allocating resources to implement organizational policies and programs. You will also authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and senior staff positions, as well as coordinate work among regions, divisions, or departments.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 3-4 years of experience in sales management. They will have excellent oral and written communication skills, flexibility, and organizational abilities. The successful candidate will also be able to represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions, select middle managers, and establish financial and administrative controls.

This role offers a competitive salary of $200,000 - $400,000 per year, based on qualifications and location. The work environment is fast-paced, with tight deadlines and a large workload. However, this also presents opportunities for professional growth and development.

In terms of benefits, the position comes with a permanent work term, with 40 hours of work per week. The language of work is English, and the employee will be required to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail.
