Oxford Builders Supplies Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage purchase orders, work orders, and invoices
- Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and billing
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Compile and submit customer invoices for monthly progress draws
- Proofread and edit documents for errors and accuracy
- Manage office supplies and purchasing
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in Office Administration or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word and Excel
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
