Job Summary:

Oxford Builders Supplies Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage purchase orders, work orders, and invoices
  • Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and billing
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Compile and submit customer invoices for monthly progress draws
  • Proofread and edit documents for errors and accuracy
  • Manage office supplies and purchasing
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education in Office Administration or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word and Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
