Job Description:

Bisoft Consulting Services Inc. is seeking a skilled Technical Support Professional to join our team. This role involves providing top-notch technical assistance to clients, ensuring their computer systems and software are running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to client inquiries regarding computer difficulties, utilizing expert knowledge of troubleshooting techniques to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement solutions for complex technical problems.
  • Analyze user complaints, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
  • Provide hands-on training to clients on using new software applications and hardware devices.
  • Participate in the design and development of technical documentation, including user manuals and instructional guides.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Computer Science or related field (Bachelor's degree).
  • At least 1 year of experience in a help desk environment, preferably in a consulting firm setting.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines.
Work Environment:

This is a fast-paced environment that requires the ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. The company offers a range of benefits, including access to cutting-edge technology and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Language and Work Hours:

The primary language used in this role is English, and the standard working hours are 35 hours per week.
