Home Care Manager Leadership Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Home Care Manager to lead our team at VON Canada (Ontario). As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for providing professional leadership and guidance to staff, ensuring the delivery of safe and effective client care services.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a functional area, with a proven track record of successfully managing teams and developing strategies to achieve operational goals. You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity for an experienced healthcare professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and leading a team to success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide professional leadership and guidance to staff, ensuring the delivery of safe and effective client care services.
  • To develop and implement strategies to achieve operational goals and improve patient outcomes.
  • To manage and supervise staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
  • To collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.
  • To build and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a functional area, with a proven track record of successfully managing teams.
  • Regulated Health Professional certification as a Registered Nurse.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of organizational and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise innovation and identify opportunities for process improvement.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of $95,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
