We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Dillon'z Sweet & Bakery Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
  • Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Provide customer service
  • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations

Supervision:

You will be responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 people, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:

The role requires you to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You must be able to stand for extended periods and have excellent attention to detail.

Personal Suitability:

We are looking for someone who is accurate, client-focused, dependable, and has excellent oral communication skills. You must be flexible, organized, reliable, and a team player.

Work Term: Permanent

Work Language: English

Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week
