Job Title: Restaurant Operations Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Alberta Ltd O/A River Rock Grill. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
  • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Conduct performance reviews to evaluate employee performance and provide constructive feedback for growth and development.
  • Cost products and services to ensure profitability and efficiency in our operations.
  • Organize and maintain inventory to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment for our employees and customers.
  • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to secure the best possible deals.
  • Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote our brand and attract new customers.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner to maintain a positive reputation.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Supervision:

  • 3-4 people
  • 5-10 people
  • Working groups
