About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Leader to lead the growth of our Saskatoon market and oversee all aspects of Brokerage services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving new business and expanding market share in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the leadership and growth of the broader Saskatoon market
  • Oversee all aspects of Brokerage services
  • Drive new business and expand market share in the region
  • Participate in industry and local community groups/events
  • Establish and foster client relationships
  • Recruit, retain, and drive business growth
  • Develop and implement business plans with measurable goals
  • Motivate sales professionals to achieve office and individual business goals
  • Deliver feedback and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Organize and lead sales meetings
  • Challenge the team to innovate and increase business revenue
  • Actively recruit top performers to grow the office/market strategically
  • Assess team members and plan for succession
  • Expand the business through regular contact with key and prospective clients
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities and work with stakeholders to secure business
  • Active involvement in local/regional/national organizations
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 10 years of experience as a real estate leader or related experience
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communications and consensus building acumen
  • High business ethics and personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and commitment to the company's mission
  • Understanding of market cycles and ability to set short and long-term strategies
  • Encourage and support leadership and growth in others
