About Our Indigenous Talent Program
We are committed to advancing reconciliation and increasing the inclusion of Indigenous Peoples in our workforce. Our Indigenous Talent Program aims to support the career development of Indigenous Peoples, recognizing the unique insights and experiences they bring to shaping policies and actions that benefit all Canadians.

Eligibility Requirements
- Self-identify as First Nation, Inuit, or Métis and provide information on your career interests and goals.

Remote/Hybrid Work Model
- Enjoy flexibility and work arrangements that provide employees with the ability to work remotely or in a hybrid model, with a minimum of eight days per month in the office.
- Be eligible for relocation assistance if required.
Additional Information
- Language requirement: English or French essential.
- Priority will be given to Canadian citizens and permanent residents.
- Offers of employment are conditional on a security verification.
