We are a dynamic restaurant looking for a dedicated Kitchen Assistant to join our team. This is a permanent opportunity with 30-35 hours of work per week.


Job Summary:


The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in food preparation, cleaning, and maintaining the kitchen area. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Food Preparation:
  • Assist in food preparation, including portioning, wrapping, and packaging take-out food.
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, equipment, and storage areas.
  • Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors.
  • Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruits.

Physical Capabilities:



  • Able to perform repetitive tasks.

Salary and Benefits:


The estimated salary for this position is $45,000-$55,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for career growth and development.
