Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Finance Analyst to join our team at Great Canadian Entertainment. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for evaluating strategic and operational initiatives using data analytics and applying business acumen.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide financial and operational analysis for strategic projects and operational optimization initiatives
  • Develop complex financial models for the gaming/hospitality industry
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations to communicate initiatives and financial/operational performance reports to senior executives and Board
  • Perform FP&A functions, particularly around month-end and quarterly-end periods, as well as analyses to improve commercial/operational performance
  • Liaise and communicate effectively with operational, treasury, and financial reporting personnel and departments
Requirements
  • 1 to 3 years of work experience in FP&A, financial advisory, or equivalent experience with a multi-location enterprise
  • Expert knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or an equivalent field
  • Enrollment or completion in CFA or CPA program
