Job Summary:

The Sales Compensation Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the sales team by providing accurate and timely compensation management and reporting. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent analytical and communication skills to ensure seamless execution of sales compensation plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer the global sales compensation plan, ensuring consistency and adherence to plan policies and financial controls.
  • Monitor new hire and termination data, updating internal systems accordingly.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources to understand employment offers and ensure accurate processing.
  • Partner with the Sales Operations team to ensure accurate crediting of bookings to sales representatives and managers.
  • Configure, test, and administer commission software, including commission plans, employee status, and crediting rules.
  • Prepare monthly commission expense estimates and reports for Finance and the Sales Team.
  • Research and resolve commission-related inquiries from the Sales team.
  • Evaluate commission plans and processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Operations.
  • 3+ years of hands-on sales compensation administration experience.
  • Experience using CallidusCloud (SAP Sales Cloud) and advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
