As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for evaluating strategic and operational initiatives using data analytics and applying business acumen. Your expertise will help us make informed decisions and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide financial and operational analysis for strategic projects and operational optimization initiatives
* Prepare PowerPoint presentations to communicate those initiatives and financial/operational performance reports to senior executives and Board in a visually engaging manner
* Develop analyses and prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly materials in support of senior executives and investor meetings
* Perform FP&A functions (particularly around month-end and quarterly-end periods) as well as analyses to improve commercial/operational performance
* Develop complex and comprehensive financial models for the gaming/hospitality industry
* Design and prepare executive reporting package for the senior management team and Board identifying changes to the business plan and forecasts
* Liaise and communicate effectively with all appropriate operational, treasury, and financial reporting personnel and departments
* Participate in cross-function meetings to provide support in the preparation of the corporate annual budget presentation to senior executives and Board of Directors

Requirements:

* 1 to 3 years of work experience in FP&A, financial advisory, or equivalent experience with a multi-location enterprise
* Experience with corporate financial models is an asset
* Expert knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
* Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or an equivalent field
* Enrollment or completion in CFA or CPA program
* Experience with Looker, Power BI, Cognos, or other enterprise tools is an asset
