Job Summary

We're seeking a seasoned Director of Growth and Expansion to lead our marketing and product growth teams in developing and executing strategies that drive user acquisition, retention, and monetization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Data-Driven Growth Strategies
    • Design and implement data-driven marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and monetization growth.
    • Emphasize the critical role of iterative development and rapid testing cycles.
  • Foster a Culture of Collaboration
    • Encourage a culture of collaboration within and across teams to enhance the iterative process.
    • Ensure that marketing, product, sales, and customer success teams work seamlessly to refine and optimize growth strategies.
  • Optimize Paid Acquisition Channels
    • Oversee and optimize paid acquisition channels, such as social media advertising and SEM.
  • Optimize Marketing Funnels and User Conversion Rates
    • Optimize marketing funnels and user conversion rates through A/B testing and experimentation.
  • Manage Lifecycle Marketing
    • Manage lifecycle marketing to effectively engage customers at every stage of their journey and continuously deliver value.
  • Supervise Product Experiments
    • Supervise the design and implementation of product experiments to enhance growth.
  • Utilize Marketing Analytics Tools
    • Utilize marketing analytics tools to track and report on performance metrics.
    • Ensure learnings and insights are shared and understood across teams to enhance collaborative efforts.
  • Analyze Marketing Data
    • Analyze marketing data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in growth marketing.
Requirements
  • Experience
    • 5+ years of experience in growth or revenue performance roles.
  • Proven Track Record
    • Proven track record of driving user acquisition, retention, and monetization at scale.
  • Marketing and Analytical Skills
    • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to utilize data to drive decision-making.
  • Testing and Experimentation
    • Experience with statistical testing and experimentation, including proficiency in various testing methods and a solid understanding of the underlying mathematical concepts.
  • Marketing Analytics Tools
    • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and product analytics tools, such as Amplitude or equivalent.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to concisely communicate complex visions and report on growth performance to management.
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
  • Language
    • Bilingual (English, French).
